Game bugged out with party not found error

Won a game that would've got me to Diamond and then it took ages for the game to head back to lobby which then the game gave me that error and provided no points for that game at all which is frustrating especially since the season's almost over and wondering if there was a way this could've been fixed else just making this error made aware.

Stats in the game was 1.4k damage and 5 kills and 6 assists
