Game bugged: Need help, lost content and functionality

Game glitched: even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, reseting system, router, and licenses, etc. Apex continues to malfunction with the following major problems:

-The in-game currencies on the top right of the screen are replaced with sweeping white bars where the numbers should be, only the symbols remain. 

-Can only access, 'play' screen, cannot use R1 or L1 to cycle to the other screens ( legends, loadout, battlepass, store)

-Can only use the original characters, even though I unlocked almost all before glitch began and can still use any skins equipped to the original characters and guns before glitch.

-Can still see level ups, and play game, but cannot use any other features including opening loot.

Hey @milesofgreat 

Is the name above your character also "Player".
Then it sounds like you cannot retrieve your player information from the servers.

You might want to Troubleshoot your connection and see if that changes anything.
Most of the time this should solve the issue.

Let me know if that changed anything.

@milesofgreat HI, when did this start for you/when could you play last without issues? If you happen to have access to another system can you try logging in with your account there? Alternatively, can you try logging into your system with a different account?
