Game broken bug, code 100, game won’t even start up [ Edited ]

I’m on Xbox, I’m reporting two bugs. Last night the game crashed, trashed my connection to Xbox live and completely messed up my Xbox ios. I managed to get back online last night by routing internet through my phone (yes my modem is working properly) but when I got back online today I keep getting the error code 100, Cannot start the game.
i have tried to change my dns settings as recommend but it has no effect. I’m currently reinstalling the game, I hope this fixes it. In short this is a massive game broken (not game breaking) bug, please sort this out. 
is anyone else having this problem?

and I’m still getting the code
