Game breaking bug not counting xp or rp after match

So there is the bug on Apex Nintendo switch where no xp or rp count after a match it just sends you straight back to the lobby no after match summary or anything but if you check the club timeline the thing says that u just played a match and bc of this bug It’s been taking me much longer to rank up and level up and if u earn a 2k in a match and that bug happens the badge don’t count it happend to me when I was playing bloodhound so overall It’s ruining the experience for me and maybe even others idk
