Game breaking bug/glitch on Hoth.

Downloaded but got an error saying that the driver "is not compatible with this version of Windows" so I'm running windows Updater, then going to try and do some general graphic drivers updating after I get some sleep for the night.  Thank you for your help will let you know how things go.

Very odd your windows is definitely Win 7 64 bit which this driver is that i linked after the dxdiag , dont use the first driver i linked as that is for win 10, the driver you have installed may also be a manufacturers driver in which case it needs to be uninstalled before using the nvidia driver

alternatively can use DDU this returns the windows system to vanilla for video drivers.

Fairly sure I tried the first link you gave me the one that you now say wouldn't work, so thank you for the clarification, will try the second link and see if that goes better, for now going to sleep.

Just to close the loop on this issue, a game re-install has sorted this issue.
