Game breaking bug game doesnt work at all

Game does not recognize mouse or keyboard input. It used to but now does not i've reinstalled and done a bunch of other stuff but it wont work. in game overlay still launches though.

@hetna8 Do you have any USB devices plugged in such as a USB controller?
