Game Wont Stay Fullscreen. Minimizes instantly.

I literally played last night with no problem. Launched the game today and it starts in windowed mode. I go into the settings and make it full screen. The minute I hit apply the game minimizes. I click the game in my system tray and it flashes on the screen for a second and then minimizes itself again. Whats the deal?

Restart of computer fixed it. IDK... this game has some really odd bugs
