Game Won't Start on PC

Hi I recently downloaded GW2 and I have been stuck on the screen where the sunflower grows and is supposed to shoot the zombies (according to YT) but it's just frozen. I tried pressing buttons etc. But nothing works. I suspect it's something about updating my Intel Driver in which it says recommended driver version is xx.xxxx .15.4251 and I've tried to resolve this by downloading the HP Driver because my Intel driver is not compatible with my laptop apparently(?) BTW my laptop is Windows 10 with intel i5 8th Gen. Can someone help me resolve my problem? Thanks so much. I just wanna play my game again.

@Ravenclawia I fear that your device may be below the minimum requirements for the game. 

As for the driver messages it appears that you're trying to use the internal Intel graphics chipset for now. 

Instead, you'll be wanting to use your discrete Radeon  card. Be sure to check your power settings to ensure that this is in use when you're playing games. You can find the steps to do so in this article: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-017

Also, be sure to update the driver software, you can find it here: https://www.amd.com/en/support

Thanks for all your help, but does this mean I can't play PVZGW2 on this pc even if I update my software? That's such a shame.

It's hard to tell sometimes. We have a minimum spec, but sometimes they can play if their system is below that. 

Can you try updating and ensure the discrete Radeon card is used, then let us know how you get on?

Hi I think that I turned it on, but like the driver always shows intel instead. I don't think the radeon graphics card is working even though it successfully downloaded. Thanks again!
