Game Virtually Unplayable PC

I am having massive stuttering issues no matter my settings, ive manually uninstalled and clean installed drivers, repaired the game, did the entire list of troubleshooting sent from an EA Rep. ive been at this 4 4 hours and absolutely nothing is fixing it I have steady framerate but it just freezes, rubberbands or makes me slowly walk then speed up and crashes. I have a 100mbps connection and my pc is currently the only thing running on it.

If we, your fellow gamers are to try and help you, could you attach your dxdiag in here, list your system specification and what you have already tried with the EA Rep?`That would really help as people probably don't want to spend time suggesting things you've already tried

Additionally, I've tried clearing all the caches including in the hidden files. I've run the repair and restarted the pc. done a clean boot after clearing caches and disabling startup programs. changed the properties to run the game as admin etc etc.

Those Dxdiag are from 2015.
And they don't match even close to the Copy pasted text you started with.
On the files you attached Windows 8 is running on it.
Can you make a new report ?

Maybe you had some old one you mistook them from the new ones.

The freezing and stuttering is happening to me on Xbox one too so I dont think its your pc

So annoying
