Game Stutters and the models doesnt seem to be loading.

Recently I started a match and the game started to stutter and lag like crazy. It seemed as if the models weren't loading and the CPU usage was full. Before that the Game used to run Flawlessly. Im playing on 720p. Cant figure out what to do and yes the game is on a SSD

My specs:

i3-7100

Rx550 2gb

8 GB ram
