I used simoleons to unlock both the Science Centre and Wellness Centre when Waterfront first opened, despite the area being pitch black.
Now the area is still pitch black, and i am unable to play the stories there and recent 'Marine Biology Field Trip'.
This sounds like a bug. Could you open a new post in the bug forum for this?
