I was locked out of the game since about lunch time right when I was almost done with Llama tasks for the quest. Super irritated because I just got it back up and now I have to start llama over. I doubt I'll finish the quest now because I work the next 3 days when I would have finished by tonight.

The EA services should be coming up slowly, restart The Sims Mobile app:
We are seeing connectivity recovery across all of our titles and http://help.ea.com .
You may experience some delays getting back in and might have to restart your game completely.

I had this same problem before and it lasted for a day and then I was finally able to get back into my game but now it’s happened again and I’ve been stuck out of my game for 7 days now. I have tried everything and none of the suggested trouble shooting tips work for me. Even reinstalling the app. It lets me make a new game but it won’t load any of my old progress even though it recognizes that I have a game connected to my Game Center. I even tried contacting EA support and they emailed me back suggesting I try the same things that I explained I already have tried. I am upset that this seems to be a common problem. They should really fix this issue so it stops happening. Especially since people put money into this game.

@Wanahakal00gie I'd suggest getting back to EA and telling them you've tried what they suggested.
