Game Lag When Opening Menu

Hey, so I've recently been experiencing that when I open up my inventory or a death box my game lags. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Same thing is happening to me but its after a few games and I have also noticed its worse at fragment. My pc is okay I have a gtx 1060 3 gb that I have overclocked heavily, amd ryzen 5 3600x and also 16 gigs of ram. My gpu drivers are up to date as well. Im not for sure what else could be causing it.

@EA_Atic that was the first thing I thought of to fix my issue. It didn't work same thing was happening.

How is hardware usage in Task Manger when its lagging? @VSynccc

@EA_Atic Sorry about the late response anyways after playing a few games I checked task manager Cpu was on 28% memory 82% Disk usage 2% Gpu was 25%. Idk if you can look at screenshots but here it is https://gyazo.com/707791891e746f513a81a51cf57d443b.

@EA_Atic I did in fact have some corrupted files and it repaired everything but the issue is still happening. I'm thinking the reality of it is Im going to need a better gpu to be completely smooth.
