Game Keeps Tabbing Out

On PC (any platform) whenever I enter my inventory or get downed and I quickly move my mouse across the screen, the cursor moves to my second monitor which tabs me out of the game. I play on fullscreen and should be set up where the cursor should not move to a different monitor if I play in fullscreen mode. Many other games have it set up to block your cursor from changing screens.
