Game Keeps Crashing (PS4)

My game is continuously crashing in Apex Legends. It used to be pretty infrequent, but now it’s every game. I attached the error code. Any kind of solution would be great thanks.

I found that turning off the "Convert Incoming Voice to Chat Text" in the Audio tab under settings was the solution for myself!

Just wanted to say thanks, I have no longer had any crashes since i turned this off.

Did this and unfortunately my game still just crashed in the middle of a game :-(

Sorry, but I can not find this option in my PS4 Apex game. You say that it is in "Adjust-Audio"? Could it be possible that with the new patch they have erased this option?
