It works fine for now, but sometimes when i restart my PC it just freeze. I can run Apex for average 35 FPS.

I'm afraid your CPU is below the minimum system requirements which explains the freezing. I would try windowed/borderless mode and lower your video settings to the lowest possible, however I can't guarantee you won't experience further crashes with those system specifications.
