Game Freeze on AMD FX CPU - my solution

Hi All

Started playing Apex Legends from S2. I had random game freezes every day. With game freeze there was as well crackling sound on some voice lines. Every time I had to CTR ALT DEL and had to end apex process via Task Manager.

Tried everything but my only solution which allows me to "play" is to set the Adaptive FPS limit in the VIDEO settings to 60. last two days I had around 30 games and no freeze and no crackling sound . I know with this game could look bit ❤️❤️❤️❤️ at some point but it works

My rig:
gpu: gtx 1660ti

cpu: amd fx 8320 8 core cpu

ram: 24 GB

os: Win10

@RVxAgUn Hello there, could you please verify if you have the latest drivers installed for your GPU and that no windows updates is wating?

A work around from users that mentioned your CPU and other from the FX series is to disable two of the cores its running.
