Game Freeze and crash when pick up a gun

Several people say that the problem was solved by updating windows with the latest updates.
this solution did not work for me.
I have a laptop MSI GX60
A10 m5750
AMD HD8970M (2gb)
16Gb RAM
Win 10

Try already:
-Update to latest VGA driver
-Update to latest windows updates
-enable/disable virtual memory
-run as admin
-run win7-8 compatibility mode
-change the game graphics options
-remove and install visual C++ redistribute packages (2008-2017)
-repair the game from origin launcher

NOTE: Some people say that it shows them an error message, in my case it does not show me anything, it simply closes the game.
