Game Disconnects Randomly - then wont re-connect stuck in loading screen

Hey guys , 

So been having this issue where my game client just randomly disconnects , then it keeps trying to re-connect to the game , but only reconnects once i die in-game.... really annoying takes like 10minutes before it reconnects. 

I dont understand what the issue is cuz my internet is fine & i can ping & see the game server fine , meaning this is a bug with the apex server itself. unless im wrong , maybe someone can help or shed some light on what i can do to fix this if there is  anything i can do?

Is anyone in the entire EA community or Respawn developers able to help me? seems like this is something on the server side. not client side.
