All the sudden I am receiving this error. Anyone have any idea what is causing it? I have the latest stable nvidia drivers. Thank you.

Thanks for that info. Can I get you to try the 417.35 driver set?
Download from here: https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/141169/en-us
Run the setup and choose custom/advanced install and then deselect the optional 3D and GeForce Experience components and then tick the box for 'Clean Installation'.
Once that process is finished, reboot and retry playing and let us know how you get on, thanks.

Try to identify any system changes that may have been made since you last played without error.
Have you installed any Windows updates or changed some settings via the NVIDIA Control Panel?
Thanks.

Make sure you have all available Windows Updates installed and retry.
If the problem continues, please post your Dxidag here so we can take a look, thanks.

@EA_Barry I have received the crash again after verifying all Windows updates are installed. I also verified the latest nvidia driver is installed. I have attached a screenshot of the error message when it crashes and also my DxDiag output. Thanks.
