Game Crashes

I am having problems starting the New Content on 2 of my Lvl. 70's. What's the point of playing if my computer freezes loading the content. And I got a Laptop just to be able to run this game. This is very irritating I would like to play through this and I cannot.

Have you done a repair first up per this guide link ?

also try lowering gfx if this is cinematic freezing/halting
