Game Crashes

Hi there everyone, 

I have been playing the game for a while now and hadn't experienced any bugs or crashes up until today.

I have tried to download the game on other devices. It works fine if I start again as a new gameplay, but when I log in my account to load my old gameplay, it crashes immediately. Any chances of fixing this? Do I have to wait for the new updates or?

Hi, I can't get any access to the game as it immediately crashes in the loading screen. Have talked to EA Help, done all trouble shooting tips, but the game still crashes. I think my game file is corrupted but I don't know what to do to resolve it...

This has also been happening to me. I can’t even get into the game to see my player ID because it literally crashes upon loading of my cloud game.
