Game Crashes in Multiplayer

I noticed that the game frequently crashes since the last update. I am constantly thrown out of the multiplayer maps. The game freezes then the loading screen appears and then I’m back at the main menu with these ea error codes:

2,446
721
770

I tryed contacting ea help support... They said to restore my license, delete the game and re-download, etc. My internet connection is always successful. I am running out of patience and wondering if I can get a refund.

Can anyone help?

Do you guys know when we’ll be able to get emotes and victory poses in crates? Or will we be able to buy some with credits?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue 

Since you've mentioned restoring licences, I'm assuming you're playing on PS4?

Have you tried any connectivity troubleshooting steps yet? I know that your internet connection seems to be okay, but it never hurts to check out a few steps, which might resolve your problem.

Yes, it’s on the ps4. I tryed rebooting my router and everything. The game glitches a lot. I am hoping it’ll be resolved in the new update.

Yes so far so good thanks, but yesterday I wasn’t able to connect all day. It seems the ea server was down.

Did you open any ports, and set up static IP with the PS4 and router?

I recently played and the error codes 672 and 201 popped up after the game crashed.
