Game Crashes in Franchise Mode

While in Franchise mode I tried to switch between NHL and AHL to manage my teams and the game crashes every time and I am sent back to the XBOX home screen.

I can't even get in to the franchise mode as the 32nd team. The game crashes immediately

I also cannot load into franchise mode either. ea support hasn't been any help.

For me right after passing the divisions managing during the GM creation, my game crashes. I had a conversation with two advisors of EA Support and they didn't help me at all!!!

I havé the same problem and it pisses me off!! The game os already expensive enough and it doesnt work properly

Every time I try to draft a team, after the draft ends, it crashes and send me back to my XBOX screen menu. Very unplaisant
