Game Crashes Everytime I Play League in The One

Every time I play League in The One, about halfway through the game it crashes, I tried making and playing a new player and exactly the same thing happens.

It's making this game totally unplayable.

Well I played roughly 3-4 days ago then I played other games and when I tried to load up my live it would load up the Embiid screen then after a few seconds it would quit back to the Xbox home screen I even tried to uninstall the game, clearing my reserved space and still not working would like to play nba live but I simply cannot

Well at least you can even get your game to start I can’t even get past the Embiid start screen

Can you let me know the following?

• Are you on Xbox One or PlayStation 4?
• Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?
• When you are creating the players do they have a headband? Is there a specific customization feature you're always selecting when creating multiple players? (Trying to determine whether it's related to a specific feature)
• Do you have a physical or digital copy of the game?

Sorry this is happening! I know crashes or infinite loading can be disappointing to deal with.
