Game Crashed when dropping

Here is  problem for helping my friend.

At first,he saw the easy anti cheat error happened,which need a code named SHA-2,and game crashed when he dropped in game.

Then he tried to repair the game and updated this critical  programme.

And now his game still crash when he dropped the airship,but without the error point.
