I was out of the office for the last 3 days. Apologies for the late response. What steps did the chat advisor have you try? At this point, it might be best to reset your Xbox and reinstall the game.

If you've already factory reset your Xbox and tried reinstalling, I'm out of ideas. I really don't know what else may resolve this. You could try starting over your career on a new save. It's possible there's a problem with your current save.
