Game Card Not Working

I bought a 60 day prepaid game card from amazon. It didn't work the first time because I got an error, but when I put it in a second time it said this code has already been used. So I checked my payment history and it was there. But I logged in and I wasn't a subscriber. I can't call customer support for help because I'm deaf so I really don't know what to do.

I have the same problem...minus the deaf part, got a game time card, put in the code and got the error that the code has already been used, but i just got the card last week and scratched the back off an hour ago. frustrated when you purchase a subscription and it doesn't work, called Support and all they could do was have me update my EA password then they elevated my issue, no clue when it will be resolved, or how to check.
