GL Kenobi Event

During the GL Kenobi event, I finished phase 4 when my game crashed and said the Client need to be restarted.  When I logged back on, I lost my progress along with the 70 Light Side tickets it cost to enter the event.

The game crashing isn’t new, but usually I just move on, but 70 LS tickets took me quite a few refreshes and real money to get.

even when I tried to open a chat because it was after hours, after they started looking into the issue, I got the attached screenshot and a survey.

To any developers that read this, it’s obvious that there was an issue with the game as phase 4 is pretty much unlosable.

Again, this time in Tier War. I just finished off a Padme team with my JKR team and it goes to New Client must be downloaded and when I log back in the fight goes on record as a loss.  Please fix this soon!
