GAMES WILL NOT LOAD

Each game I try to access will not load. I notice LOCKDOWN ENABLED. HOW DO I DISABLE IT. ??????

I am sorry, but I am not sure what the exact issue is that you are experiencing.

Could you elaborate on it? And on which platform are you playing?

everytime i load a game it starts to play then goes to error message and it says retry. all the games are doing this for the second day in a row. I had this same issue yesterday. If i cant play the games i would like a refund

@EA it lets me log in and when the launch screen it start and then stops and says restart and i did and same thing happen . i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and same thing happened
