It was announced that EA made 'changes" to fix the recent freeze / crash problem. IT DID NOT WORK.
EA, don't you for a SECOND think that you fixed it. YOU DID NOT.
I have done absolutely everything required and suggested on my end. NOTHING.
A few players with the same problem got lucky and got to start playing again. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED FOR EVERYONE.
Everyone needs to stay on EA about this. DO NOT STOP POSTING ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
EA thinks they can just shrug and blow the players off. Are we, the paying public, going to just let them?
I still have the same EA log in / freeze / crash problem. Who else does too?
LET THEM KNOW.
