GAME STUTTERS IN CRITICAL MOMENTS!

hi i would just like to know if you are adressing issues that i and some of my squadmates get, 1 is that as soon as i shoot at somebody i get up to 2 second lag where my game freezes during the gunfight and then resumes and another bug i have is when i get shot i freeze for about a second and then the shots register, thank you also great job on apex
