GAME PROGRESS LOST

I had over 30  hours of game play logged onto NFS payback and its all gone?? How do i fix this? My origin account shows all the progress and stuff but when i start the game nothing happens it just restarts from the beginning... I called useless tech support and them idiots have no idiot what they are doing. I called my internet provider, downloaded the game, changed my firewall settings and still nothing.... Someone plz help..

After origin launcher update.My game progress is gone.

I recovered from cloud saves.It says 'Your save game successfully recovered from cloud.And my cloud save is last played on '12 may'

I had over 100 hours on nfs payback. Then one day my ps restored itself and deleted all my data. Now I have all my trophies that I won but none of the progress that I had. Is there any way to get my data back?
