UFC 3 - Game Face (Showing Old Game Face After Upload)

Still uploading old game face. Old one has a beard and new one doesn't (to try and get a more accurate face) All images uploaded all markers are placed but old bearded photos load.

is this stil working? im trying to do my gameface and after uploading a new photo, placing markers, etc, it generates but it generates the same old face with the same old pictures of 4 years ago... what can I do? tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari on a 2017 Macbook Pro, cleared caches, etc

Here are some steps that help me get around errors for Game Face.

1. The browser you're using may be out of date or does not have the necessary plugins. Try using a different browser, clear it's cache: http://bit.ly/Clear_Cache_Browser, or delete the browser and re-download it. It looks like users in this thread have had success with Firefox as the browser.
2. The type of camera being used or quality of the picture is not a high enough resolution.
3. Make sure the background for your picture is flat and white.
4. Make sure all the dots align properly to where the example pictures shows where they should be. You might need to move them around again to slightly altered spots if you received an error.
5. Make sure you're logged into the EA account that has your Gamertag/PSN ID attached. Sometimes customers are not logging into the correct email address that has their PSN ID/Gamertag linked. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game (If you are unable to log into the correct email registered to your account please contact our Live-Support team for account changes at Help.EA.com)
6. When it's processing your picture, try zooming in and out with your browser (CTRL + mouse wheel scroll up and down)

Can any of you Safari users let us know if this helps get it to work for you? Thanks for hanging in there with us.

1. Close all Safari tabs and all games on device
2. Go to device Settings -> Safari -> Request Desktop Site -> Turn OFF the option
3. Open website again https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/mygameface and attempt to complete steps.
