Fut champs qualification points glitch

I played my fut champs playoffs and I was 4:1 

I then ended the playoffs in order to play fut champs finals

However I was then reset to get fut champ qualification points and only given 400 points even though I had 11 wins the previous weekend

Why has this occurred?

I need it fixed asap or I will be unable to take part this weekend
