Fut champions freezing at the end of a game you have won

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Finished a game on fut champions and the game freezes
What happens when the bug occurs? I won the game on fut champs and the game froze after the final whistle so I had to exit Fifa and load it up again and it gave me a loss this game denied me of gold2 as I finished on 16 wins
What should be happening instead? Giving me the win and not freezing

This happened to me right now. Won a sweaty game 5-1 and couldn’t proceed after the match. Fix this EA, please.

This just happened to me. I am still in the start menu screen not sure of what to do. I recorded a video clip on PS4 after it happened right away. Anyone knows if I can possibly get the win by contacting EA?

Hi there, I apologize we couldn’t get to your message earlier and I am sorry to hear about what happened to you in FUT Champions game after your opponent has paused the game. Sadly, we can't edit the outcome of matches that have gone through already or have been disconnected. I'm sorry about that. The restart on your end was probably counted as disconnection thus match result counted as a loss. I hope that this was only a one-time issue and you won't experience any similar trouble again but let us know if this will become a more frequent problem.
