Fully installed and still 0%

I only can play arcade. I downloaded because it was free and i fully installed it and i only can play arcade  beacuse it says install progressionsion 0% look screens please help i have deinstalled the game already and downloaded it again same problem.

@DxdQueen try the basic things like restarting ur laptop/pc, i mean real restart from the restart button not shutdown and boot it again manually

Hi

So I downloaded my free copy of Battlefront 2, and it says it's fully downloaded, but when I try to play the game it says the full game is 0% downloaded. Is there anything else I need to do?
