Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I wasn’t able to see the map for the issue I was experiencing but we did land because I was able to hear that my screen would freeze and un freeze
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was following jump master And trying to loot but my screen kept freezing

What happens when the bug occurs? My screen freezes and I’m not able to control nor hear and sometimes see what is going on one match it did get better but 2 mins in it started happening again. My internet is fine my other games work fine.
What should be happening instead? It shouldn’t be freezing and I should be able to enjoy the game by being able to control and not have to worry about my screen freezing and next moment being down
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know maybe a patch because I’m not able to do anything I’ve literally been banned because my screen kept freezing and kicked from my first 2 games witch were rank.
