Friend can't launch game

Hey, my friend on windows 8 is having a problem, he downloads the game and clicks finish but it never shows up on his desktop, only in files. When he tries to click it in files nothing happens and we're left confused. It is his father's work computer but he has downloaded ROBLOX on there, could it be his video card or something?
