Freezing

Ok so , whenever I try join a game pretty much 50% of the time when Its on the players joining screen it freezes but audio continues I then can't do anything not even tab out so I have to reset my pc , sometimes it goes to the character selection screen and done this freeze but it's really getting annoying. How can I fix this
