Freezing on Odessen

The game just freezes every time I walk into the personal phase on Odessen, and this is across several characters. It doesn’t matter if I’m just getting to Odessen in KotFe or returning in KotET. Anyone else having this problem?

Can run a file verification per this link

If you are using an Intel video card you may find you need to lower all gfx settings to get through the cutscenes
