Sorry if this is a repeat. This new reporting system is not user friendly. I think I replied to someone else's individual report instead of starting my own. Please bring back the ticketing system. See my original complaint below.
I get that crashes happen but this is more and more frequent lately. And when it affects my whole guild I have an issue. I'd like my guild mates to be compensated for a key battle loss because of an increasingly buggy game. This battle in TW was a guaranteed win and it froze 30 seconds in. Then it ate my squad so I couldn't even go reattempt it. I can't even create a ticket anymore, and no one ever responded to my last bug report anyway. I'm starting to lose faith and wonder if my money is better spent elsewhere. Your customer service is abysmal. Please help, unlike the last time I asked.

I lost two battles last 2 tw's an now just lost JTR and shaak ti to freezing seconds in the battle
