@EA_Kipling That's exactly how it comes up. Should I try to run the game?

It is a diagnostics tool used to test DirectX functionality and troubleshoot video or sound related hardware problems, just follow the link provided in my previous post

The dxdiag is showing a crash in a windows file that would ordinarily be flagging corrupted files , can press the windows key and type cmd and you should see command prompt listed, roght mouse click and open as administrator and type sfc /scannow , you may need to try running this a few times if it finds corruption, reboot between each try.
also the dxdiag has you using an intel 4000 video card which is almost at the point of being below minimum game requirements and the driver is from 2015 , try installing the intel driver at this link

You can check if the creash report in the dxdiag is current by pressing the windows key and typing reliability and run the reliability history , look for recent items listed with a red circle.
