Freezes on loading black screen NFS PS4

I’ve played the game for 4 days and just recently reached level 50. As of now I can start the application and click play solo or online but when I start loading it goes into a black screen with the loading symbol and stats stuck there. It ends up freezing my PS4 and I have to reset it. Ive tried re-installing it twice and no use. As my ideas on how it can be fixed

I got the same problem. I just got off with support and followed the directions they gave me and restored licenses and it didn't do anything to help 😑
