Freezes on connecting to ea services

Yeah I got it verified, went onto my account and found my whole team had been sold and 80k on my account with 48 transfers and then the ban was there, which I haven’t done. And then said I was banned for something to do with coins which I never did because I hadn’t been on for a good few months

In that case, you'll need to dispute the ban with Terms of Service. That can be done by following the instructions in the article I sent a link to previously.
