Freezes every online game

Hello

i bought fifa through the store so no CD.

every single online game it freezes with wifi or with cable. Doesn’t happen when on menu or anything.

can you please give me some advice on how to fix ? It didn’t happen for the first week.

the game loads and plays but while playing it freezes and says lost connection to EA server and boots me out. Not sure if it is related to buying the game in store and not having CD?? Happens also in squad battles, but not every game like pure online play against someone in rivals or friendlies.
