Franchise save files can't load

Just before patch September 9, I had my two saves (autosave and manual) of offline franchise corrupted.

I can't load them, the game crash during the loading.

I spent time of that franchise, please find a solution.

good luck man....I'm also having this issue and the 'tech support' ran me through about 19 steps and none of them worked.  I have a save from the season before the one I'm in now (4th) that I'm going to try to proceed from.

Some folks seem to have had some luck with uninstall and reinstall, but not me

np, I've seen at least 1 person that said this worked...it sure as hell didn't for me.  don't want to pee in your cereal, but after all the fixes the 'tech support' offered, their answer was you'll just have to start over

There is no fix for this issue, and this newest update didn't fix it either. Bravo, EA. :eahigh_file:

This is a AAA game that randomly loses the ability to open save files. Billion dollar franchise and they can't even respond back to all of us who have lost saves. I could swear in my post right now and I'd get edited, but that would be the only attention this issue is getting from EA from what I can tell.
