Framrate issues on Apex Legends, 980 ti OC 8700k [ Edited ]

I'm having terrible framerate issues on Apex Legends. I'm running everything on low settings and yet throughout a majority of the map I am barely getting more than 70 frames and it feels incredibly laggy input wise. Please help, I've uploaded my dxdiag files so tell me what is wrong. I don't think my performance should be this bad with a 980 ti. I've updated all my drivers for everything and my performance is very good with other games on ultra settings nad yet apex legends is giving me issues.

There is new driver from nvidia with better apex optimization 436.02 ... have you tried that one?
