Frame skipping when game is running above 200fps [ Edited ]

Anyone else notice frame skipping when the game is running above 200 fps? Heard people state that you should cap fps at 179 to resolve it as the game is not optimized to run above 200fps?

My setup : Core i9, (9900K) @ 5ghz. GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB, (DDR6). 16gb DDR4, (2666 MHz).
