Have you tried these steps?

1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, and any other overlays you might be using such as Nvidia GeForce Experience and Discord

2. Clean Boot(to make sure no background Apps are interfering): https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

3. Check your Frame Rate Limiter settings in game, in the Video/Graphics Settings, and make sure it's set to 60 or 120, based on your Setup

4. Try toggling Future Frame Rendering On/Off
